Marla has a good time visiting Mrs. Mazotta's class at Sopris Elementary School in Glenwood Springs.
A beautiful view of the mountains outside the house in Marble (south of Glenwood Springs) where Marla went for a weekend of stamping fun!
Kelvin of Angletech Cycles, in Woodland Park, works with Marla on fitting her custom-built bicycle, donated thanks to the generosity of Marla's high school classmates and friends!
Marla, with her Occupational Therapist, Leanne, turns in her application to start volunteering at Valley View Hospital. How exciting!
Puck's bare tummy after surgery. Puck has always had a weird fetish for ribbon. This time it got him in trouble--he knocked over a vase which contained some flowers whose stems were bound by some shiny ribbon which Puck proceeded to eat. It blocked his digestive tract, which required surgery to un-block (this happened the same day as Marla's eye surgery). Poor Puck! He's doing fine now.
Marla's spending a fun evening with Carrie Fell-Miller, left, a fellow TBI survivor, and Carrie's mom, Donna Fell.
Marla rests and recovers with ice on her left eye after the surgery to release the stitches from the corner.
